The Holiday Inn San Diego Downtown offers complimentary Airport shuttle service daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Once you have arrived and received your luggage at the San Diego airport, please call the hotel's direct line at (619)-239-9600 so that we are aware of your arrival.
- Upon receiving your phone call, we will inform you of the estimated time arrival of our shuttle service.
- We request for you to wait for the shuttle service at the courtesy vehicles pick-up area. Each terminal has a different designated vicinity for the courtesy vehicles pick-up area; we will inform you where this location is depending on the airline you have utilized.
- Our shuttle will either be a White or Green shuttle van with a logo stating "Holiday Inn San Diego Downtown."
- When our driver has met with you at the courtesy vehicles pick-up area, we will assist you with boarding the shuttle and carrying your luggage.
Should you need shuttle service to the airport from the hotel, we offer this benefit as well. This complimentary shuttle drop off to the San Diego Airport is available daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM and can be scheduled at the front desk upon your request. Shuttles to the airport typically leave on the hour and the half hour.
The complimentary shuttle service is also available for destinations within a 3 mile radius of the Holiday Inn San Diego Downtown. Please contact the front desk to make arrangements for available shuttle times.
